Ok- today is one of those days! Stressed and ready for Sopes to just come home. I miss him terribly! While I haven't had a day like this in a while, it still blows!
The sun is shining, but not on my world today...Maybe a Shamrock Shake will do the trick.
Days like that are rotten, I hope the shake helped! Hang in there!

All week, I had been looking forward to treating myself to a Shamrock Shake. This morning, I drove the few blocks to McDonald's and was so excited as I sat in the drive-thru line. When I got up to the order box thingy, I excitedly ordered a Shamrock Shake and then got the absolutely deflating response of, "What is that?"
Not only did this particular McDonald's not have Shamrock Shakes, they didn't even know what they were. What?! This is Richmond, Virginia - not a remote desert island. What is America coming to these days?
I left feeling so deflated. Guess I'm going to have to find another McDonald's and call ahead first. Who calls ahead to McDonald's?! Me, apparently.
