Sopey's finally home!!!!! He arrived last night to screaming kids with signs. We're all so happy to have him back for a little while. Who knows what the situation will be for next year - can't think about that right now.
He'll re-live the playoffs for a little while, wondering what else could have been done. This happens all of the time. Two weeks of body rest and he'll be back at it! Up around 4:30am for his workouts so he's back before the kids wake up. Myself, I couldn't be happier that he's a morning person. Until I have coffee and lounge around the day doesn't start.
It will take a few weeks to get back into the groove of life "Sopes style." He's uber organized, and needs a schedule to function. Me on the other hand; I wing it most of the time. After being on my own for so long, I do get a bit bitchy for a while after the excitement of having him here wears off. (Happens every year!) Right now it's the honeymoon stage - can't beat it!
Well, due to his arrival, I did postpone the store opening until May9th. Family time is a must!
It was nice to have Brent in Montreal. Hope he's back, and if he isn't good luck to him!

We really loved and appreciated everything Sopel did for our team. Please make sure that he knows us Habs fans are really proud of the way the team battled during the season and also during the playoffs. Hoping to see him back here in Montreal next season. Have a great summer :)

Tell Sopes to come back to the habbers next year if he wants another cup.

Have a great off-season. Hope to see Sopes back in Montreal = if it does not work out will continue to follow and good luck.
As a fan I enjoy seeing the glimpse into your world. Thanks for sharing.

It was a great series and we were lucky to be one of the games in MTL! Good luck for the rest of the summer :) My husband travels for work too and it's funny to see you use the same terms as us! Yes, the honeymoon stage is the best! My hubby is organized and a neat freak so it takes some getting used to when he comes back from a long trip. GO HABS GO!

I am glad for you that he is home. I am sorry he started his vacation so early. I was looking forward to seeing him holding the cup again. We will take you guys in Atlanta anytime. I hated to see him go and wanted him to go all the way. I wish you guys the best.
